About the event

During this one-week diving course for ages 14 and up, you'll earn your Advanced Open Water Certification. Activities in the class will prepare you for diving in intertidal and near-coastal areas. Masks and social distancing measures will be practiced during all out-of-water activities. Classes are daily from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

If you have an interest, with this certification you'll be able to join OceansWide for citizen science programs we organize in Maine, studying intertidal and near-coastal flora and fauna and surveying harbors in our efforts to recover marine debris through Traps 2 Treasure.
