Nick Mckee - Advisor

James Nicholas ("Nick") McKee is a retired corporate and investment banking executive with over 40 years of experience, 35 of which were focused in the Energy, Power, and Infrastructure sectors. Since 2012 he served as Group Head of U.S. Energy and Power Corporate Banking at Bank of America, where he led a team of 25 professionals covering a portfolio of over 110 top-tier energy and power clients. Nick's proficiencies include business development and growth through pragmatic leadership as well as fostering client relationships and solutions across all the corporate finance disciplines . Prior to joining Bank of America in 2012, Nick spent 27 years at Citigroup, where he rose to become Global Head of Power and Utility Banking during his last seven years at Citi.

 

Throughout his career, Nick has built a reputation for strategic leadership, effective governance, efficient execution, and navigating complex challenges—including leading client recovery efforts through several market disruptions as well as major natural disasters over the years. He has also played a central role in restructuring and revitalizing corporate banking businesses at Citigroup in the mid 2000’s and more recently at Bank of America.
